1. Planning and controlling procurement
1.1Determining strategies and policies for procuring products and services that are appropriate for the organization
1.2Planning budgets and managing the procurement process effectively
2.Selecting and managing vendors
2.1Recruiting and selecting quality and reasonable price suppliers
2.2Managing procurement contracts and building good relationships with vendors
3.Evaluation and negotiation
3.1Evaluating the quality of products and services from vendors
3.2Negotiating prices and procurement terms to maximize the organization's benefits
4.Quality control and delivery
4.1Checking the quality of products or services received to meet specified standards
4.2Monitoring and coordinating with vendors to ensure that products are delivered on time
5.Risk management and data management
5.1Planning and managing risks that may occur in the procurement process
5.2 Preparing reports and analyzing procurement data for use in process improvement
6.Team management
6.1Managing and developing the procurement team to enable them to work efficiently
6.2Building and maintaining good relationships within the team and with other departments in the

- Male/Female
- Age between 30-50 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Procurement
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or procurement management
- Good negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, budget management and cost analysis
- Problem-solving and risk management skills
