1.Handling admin answers to prospect customer questions through the company's social media.
2.Generate leads for the sales team and contact potential customers to inform them of the company’s service and offer.
3.Possess a thorough understanding of the offered products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
4.Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to nurture leads into potential sales opportunities.
5.Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals.
6.Planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing acquisition campaigns to deliver prospect customers and generate sales appointment targets.
7.Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale traffic acquisition opportunities and continuously explore new opportunities and digital media channels to boost sales and/or reduce cost per acquisition.
8.Be highly responsible, consistently follow up all assignments and promptly evaluate and be able to adjust to bring better outcome.
9.Meet and exceed established KPIs such as sale appointments, conversion rates, and sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or relavant field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of Communication, marketing principles, strategies, and customer engagement.
- Possess good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, good service-minded, and teamwork-oriented.
- Able to work independently under pressure, handle multiple tasks and complete assignments within timeframe.
