รายละเอียดงาน
-Coordinate with relevant functions in setting the project timeline to develop new products with sales and customers
-Work with Sales & Marketing team to thoroughly understanding customers' requirement and issues in converting and/or applications that involve with the existing product construction.
-Involving and working with operating for the the process capability that must be improved as much as possible in order to minimize the range of the limits.
-Provide technical support information to Sales & Marketing team related to products.
-Cross-functionally work with Sales team and Operation team in executing the product performance improvement project and ensure that the project timeline is on track.
-Interaction with purchasers /suppliers or for the new material specifications and review its properties before selecting it to match new or improved product requirements.
-Identify the risk affecting to the final label quality of each production process and manage countermeasure to capture for each risk.
-Understand capability of the production line based on the preliminary trial production etc. if some tolerance is required, the LIMIT will also be created and submitted to customer for agreement.
-Issue Factory Order to test to do pre-samples and analysis risks as necessary and appropriately.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduated bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Printing Technology.
- Experience 0-2 years in the field of New Product Development (NPD) / Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer in Business Plastic or related NPD
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer literacy and MS Project program.
- Good create relationship within team.
