- Responsible for managing various HR Policies and Procedures.
- Managing the employment cycle from onboarding-separation processes in accordance with laws, standard and government regulations for Thailand.
- Support and propose action plans regarding analysis on employee (ie.probation, performance reviews, turn over, disciplinary actions, etc.)
- Suppport HR projects and transformations in Thailand site (including:engagement and retention of talents)
- Partner with operations team in addressing employes'HR issues.
- Acting as a point-of-contact for employees across fucntions and team regarding HR matters (not pertaining to payroll or recruitment)
- Manage offboarding and schedule / conduct exit interview and analyze data to make recommendations for continuous improvement and corrective measures.
- Responsible for team engagement activities / coordination with relevant department (include : recognition programs) for Thailand site.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's Degree in HR or Related Field
- Minimum 1 years experience in HRBP / HR Role / Engagement Role
- Strong in data analysis / and or / strong in engagement and documents
- Good communication and business acumen
- Good in coaching and consultation session required
- Minimum English require : C1
- Strong in business ethics / employment regulations
- Good technical computer skills (excel / office / suite)
- Additional : creative and experience with engagement activities is a plus+
