Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar) or using Conversational programing of HURCO controller. - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create precise machining instructions. - Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine speeds/feeds for various materials and processes. - Simulate and test CNC programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Collaborate with design engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. - Maintain and update a library of CNC programs and tool libraries. - Implement continuous improvements to reduce cycle times, improve quality, and enhance efficiency. - Provide training and support to CNC operators on program usage and best practices. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all machining operations. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the desk, computer, and surrounding areas, to promote efficiency and prevent clutter. - Regularly cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and machines to ensure they function properly and last longer.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Technical College Diploma, High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automation / Industrial Engineering or related fields
Proven experience as a CNC/CAM Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong 3D CAD/CAM skills including advanced surfacing (preferably Solidworks and Solid CAM)
Hands-on experience with CNC machines i.e. manual lathe, mill-turn and 3 to 5 axis CNC machines. Previous experiences with HURCO CNC machines will be an advantage
Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., SolidCAM, or similar).
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
Knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining parameters.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
