Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, procurement managers, and production leaders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company’s products and services.
- Develop proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Technical Support & Consultation:
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the use of our products in automotive manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technological advancements in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Understand and communicate the competitive landscape, customer needs, and potential product improvements.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and product performance to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and continuous support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-sale to ensure products meet their expectations and performance standards.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional activities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality
- Male, Female, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Good command of English & Japanese
- More than 3 years of working experience as Sales engineer in the Automotive industry
- Have Personal Car and Driving License
