Job Description
Develop installation specifications with commissioning plans.
Evaluate equipment and technical suppliers, maintenance, and service providers.
Support the commissioning and new installations, including factory and site acceptance testing of specifications.
Develop maintenance plan, including preventive maintenance tasks, utilization of predictive and non-destructive methodologies, to identify and isolate reliability problems.
Input in reliability related risks that could impact plant operations
Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures that may affect plant operations, including capacity, quality cost or regulator compliance issues.
Work with operations team to perform analysis of assets, including utilizations, effectiveness, operating conditions, and reliability costs of assets.
Provide technical support and maintenance strategies, and work on operation improvements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or Industrial Management
- Minimum 5 years of experienced in Team leader with strong passion, skills and career aspiration in Team leader and people development
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Product Manufacturing Process development, preferably in Food Products with strong technical competency in various Food Processing Technologies such as Dry products and Retorted Wet Products
- Strong leadership and People Development Skill
- Highly proactive, self-driven and self-awareness
- Able to work independently with minimum close supervision requirement
- Good Teamwork, project management, communication and presentation skill
- Proactive, high curiosity and eager to learn and improve
- Possess high Learning Agility to learn and adapt to new skill
- Positive thinking. Willing to accept and deal with challenges and is able to work under pressure
- Good Command of spoken and written English
