1. Plan and develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals and vision, particularly in the luxury hospitality market. 2. Set direction and develop both short-term and long-term marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. 3. Analyze the market to identify business opportunities and develop appropriate strategies. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. 5. Manage and control the marketing budget to ensure alignment with established targets. 6. Oversee and enhance the organization’s brand image across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and excellence. 7. Lead and develop the marketing team, providing guidance and training to enhance team skills and performance. 8. Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management for continuous growth.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Aged between 25-35 years.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications, particularly in the luxury hospitality industry.
Strong ability to analyze data and conduct market research, including data-driven decision-making.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
Deep knowledge and understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
High sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively under high pressure.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English, with strong skills in speaking, writing, and reading.
