รายละเอียดงาน
1. Support and control production plans to achieve both quantity and quality according to customer orders.
2. Support and control production capacity planning.
3. Support and control inventory management.
4. Support and control product delivery management to customers.
5. Support and control customer contact and coordination management and MAKERS / SUBCONTRACTOR.
6. Support and control production cost management.
7. Support and control and supervise personnel within the department.
8. Control operations according to the company's policies and those of supervisors.
9. Coordinate with relevant departments and support internal and external problem solving.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 35 years and above, male or female
- Education bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related fields
- 5-7 years of experience working in the automotive industry or piping work in the automotive industry
- If there is no relevant experience as specified, must have at least 10 years of experience working in the same field and in the position of supervisor, supervisor or senior supervisor
- Able to use computers in Ms. Office, PowerPoint, Auto Cad or Solid Work, able to use Ms. Office, PowerPoint fluently, able to use English or Japanese fluently and communicate well
- Able to work according to standards, inspect machinery, control plans, quality inspection
- Able to work on FMEA, TPM, OEE, Productivity, NG/NC, process, improvement process, budget control, VA/VE
- Highly capable of prioritizing work, identifying project risks, with ownership and commitment to driving projects towards business and technical goals
- Able to travel to work by oneself
