- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed online sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the online sales and customer service teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize revenue.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Enhance customer experience through effective CRM strategies and personalized service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online sales department, including inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the online sales team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
