1.Implements the performance measurements necessary to effectively evaluate organizational performance and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction, and the cost of poor quality. Uses the results of performance evaluation to target improvement efforts. 2.Drive year-over-year improvements in key operational quality metrics such as PPM and supplier quality by developing and analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. 3.Working with, leading and overseeing internal inspection resources, inspect incoming materials and parts by performing fit and finish inspections onsite. 4.Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and actions being taken to improve the situation. Communicates customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction. 5.Reject and arrange return of non-conforming and defective products based on conformance with quality standards 6.Owns and drives multiple complex continuous improvement projects to enhance our quality programs and standards. Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities. 7.Plans, designs, promotes, organizes, implements, and leads quality training programs. Drive the ‘zero escape mindset’ and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. 8.Mentor, coach, and develop the operational quality staff as a high-performing team that adds value to the business. 9.Directs workers engaged in inspection, calibration, and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products. 10.Coordinates ISO Audits and certifications. 11.Other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. 7+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Engineering, Operations, or Project Management within manufacturing facilities.
  2. Must have a proven track record and in-depth knowledge and experience with quality tools and methods, quality management systems, and supplier quality management.
  3. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of the organization
  4. An executive presence with polished and well-developed facilitation of written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
  5. Assertive and confident with a strong point of view while able to understand/empathize and support other perspectives. Intent on building trusting and collaborative partnerships/relationships
  6. Strong self-starter: ability to anticipate potential issues, ability to quickly formulate options to resolve problems; strong conceptual thinker.
  7. Strong sense of urgency, quality, self-initiative, sense of ownership, and customer satisfaction orientation.
  8. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to prioritize.
  9. Presentation and communication acumen with audiences of varying group sizes, technical skill levels, and levels of business responsibilities.
  10. Organizational and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pull data from assorted sources and synthesis in both graphic and verbal forms
  11. Passion for coaching, developing & mentoring a high-performing team
  12. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams).
