Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior English Educator with a strong background in education to join our team. This role involves the content creation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our English language teaching e-Learning products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in curriculum development, educational content design, and an understanding of effective language teaching methodologies. Experience with edtech tools and knowledge of AI applications in education would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation, evaluation, and enhancement of English language educational content for our e-Learning products.
• Edit and refine existing educational materials to ensure they meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Develop innovative new English language teaching products, aligned with the latest educational research and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to integrate content into the e-Learning platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated with trends in education and edtech, particularly in the application of AI in language learning.
• Conduct assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of our educational products.
• Provide training and support to other educators and staff on the use of our e-Learning products.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align content development with organizational goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar educational role.
- Strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in the creation and editing of educational content, preferably in a digital format.
- Familiarity with edtech tools and platforms; knowledge of AI applications in education is a significant plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (TOEIC scores above 900).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
