Responsibilities:
• Travel with the CEO to meetings and assist with translating when needed
• Research and make calls for specific projects when needed
• Help with finding employees when needed
• Act as a first point of contact with employees, clients and other external partners: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Manage and organize CEO meetings and appointments
• Book and arrange CEO’s travel, transport, and accommodations
• Reminding the CEO of the importance of tasks and deadlines
• Track daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports and communicate directly with the company accountant
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings and manage settings during online meetings/events
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
• Develop and maintain a filing system
