รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control process flow of new model (sample) to support customer up mass production stage
2. Responsible for sales document and support Japanese sales manager
3. Work with BOI and Non BOI
4. Organize required documents to conform with ISO standard
5. Compose correspondence / reports
6. Handle all inquiries as necessary
7. Do phone surveys / inquiries as needed and Tele marketing (New Customer)
8. Maintain calendar; ascertain which events require boss's presence as required
9. Fix commitments to maximize boss's time efficiency; Allow decision / desk time
10. 5S factory patrol and inform by E-mail
11. Quotation
12. Quotation steel price change
13. Current price list
14. Tooling sample report to HQ
15. Customer evaluation
16. Mold , Jig , ECN cost control sheet
17. Mold Die Fixed Assest
18. Self audit
19. Check e-mail and reply customer inquirement
20. surveys Tele marketing (new customer)
21. Visit customer
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female, age 23 years and above
- Completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Have 1-2 years experience in sales or production planning.
- Highly motivated, always working with a focus on achieving the results of the work.
- Able to speak, read and write English at a good level (Japanese communication skills will be given special consideration)
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
- Have good leadership, decision-making and ability to plan well, check and follow up on work well.
- Ready to start work immediately
