We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Production Engineer to join our team. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, hands-on experience with production processes, and a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
1.Develop and implement production processes that ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
2. Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
4. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, aged between 28-35 years
- Bachelor degree Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous work experience in a Japanese company is preferred.
- Provking as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment atleast 2 years.
