Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and optimize plastic injection molding processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality production.
- Coordinate the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of injection molds, ensuring optimal performance.
- Analyze and solve technical issues related to injection machines and finished goods (FG).
- Work closely with quality, production, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Implement and improve testing and validation procedures for new molds and processes.
- Train and support subordinates, ensuring their continuous growth and development within the company.
- Develop efficient production plans and ensure timely product delivery.
- Manage communication with customers and suppliers in Thai and English to align requirements and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9000 and IATF14000 quality standards.
- Monitor and control the Master Plan (APQP) for new products, ensuring a smooth transition from design to mass production.
- Apply and promote HORENSO (Report, Contact, Consult) and 5S methodologies for continuous improvement in the workplace.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with superiors and team members.
🔹 หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- ดูแลและปรับปรุงกระบวนการฉีดพลาสติกเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพสูง
- ประสานงานการออกแบบ การผลิต และการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์การฉีดพลาสติกให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องฉีดพลาสติกและผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป (FG)
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานคุณภาพ การผลิต และบำรุงรักษาเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการผลิต
- ดำเนินการและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทดสอบและการตรวจสอบสำหรับแม่พิมพ์และกระบวนการใหม่ๆ
- ฝึกอบรมและสนับสนุนผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้การพัฒนาและการเติบโตภายในบริษัท
- วางแผนการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมั่นใจในการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ในภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการและคาดหวัง
- มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO9000และ IATF14000
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Nationality: Thai, Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
- More than 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Strong knowledge of mold design and manufacturing.
- Experience in injection testing, parameter adjustment, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Language: Must be fluent in Thai. ,English. ,
- Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 and IATF14000 quality management systems.
- Typing speed of 36+ words per minute in both English and Thai.
- High expertise in HORENSO and 5S implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with superiors and team members.
- Proactive, analytical, and strong leadership abilities.
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สัญชาติ ไทย ญี่ปุ่น จีน หรือเกาหลี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในด้าน การฉีดพลาสติก มากกว่า 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ในด้านการออกแบบและผลิตแม่พิมพ์
- มีประสบการณ์การในงานฉีด การปรับพารามิเตอร์และการแก้ปัญหา
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้โปรแกรม Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ถ้าสามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
