• Validation of new products (and process changing) • Develop molded products with the required performance • Responsible for the technical operation of the manufacturing system. • Production support, Troubleshooting • Perform trial & validation, report progress & data to superior • Write documentation for new and current validation and/ or qualification procedures and technical reports. • Responsible for coordinate with QA of all validation cycles (Risk Assessment, IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV and Change requests) • Define the injection condition to produce the molding parts. • Analyze the data of Molding process to Lens process for Feedback. • Conducts the molding technician to perform the needful action to solve the production problem. • Support the molding technician for improvement project. • Support other jobs from superior assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical or relevant qualifications
  2. Good command in English (both writing and speaking)
  3. Working experience in Manufacturing field is preferred (Fresh Graduate also welcome)
  4. Able to understand the Technical File (Engineering Drawing, Operational Manual, Specification etc.)
  5. Able to analyze data of product quality & performance
  6. Able to analyze the data with the mathematic and statistical method
  7. Understand machines principle, procedure, method and safety consideration
  8. Experience in injection molding operation, New product/process transferring will be advantage
