As the Product Owner, you will have full responsibility of, and complete accountability for, the product backlog of a digital product in the agritech sector. No one else can tell you what goes in and out of it, you will have the final say.
  • Take full accountability for the product backlog
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Work closely with UI/UX and SMEs to prepare stories for delivery
  • Work closely within the dev team to craft requirements
  • Decide the backlog order and priority to maximise business value
  • Collaborate within the dev team to ensure stories meet the definition of done
  • Propose and own metrics that provide transparency into the product's business value
  • Propose and own initiatives that drive product use and adoption
    • About us: OCP Group operates in the Agricultural space, as a supplier of fertiliser. One of the key components of fertilizer is phosphorus, and we manage 70% of the world’s reserves of phosphate, all of which are located in Morocco.     1. Speak and write fluent English and Thai
    2. Have a Technical Background – there will be coding to do
    3. Look forward to executing on one project, and executing well
    4. Collaboration-orientation, this is not a role where you manage a dev team
    5. Have had experience working in 3 or more Agile/SCRUM teams in the past
    6. Understand how to balance business and technical voices
    7. Worked in a Scrum environment, or be willing to learn how to function in one
    8. Value transparency, openness, and asking questions
