Job Summary:
The Production and Purchasing Assistant will support the production and purchasing teams by organising inventory within the ERP system and administrate production data. This position requires thorough planning, supplier coordination, and a focus on optimising production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Purchasing:
•Create and organise inventory items in the ERP system, including estimating labour requirements.
•Compile and organise production data, including drawings, task-specific work lists, and material lists, to facilitate smooth manufacturing operations.
•Assist with the:
-Quotation process and verify supplier pricing for materials and services.
-Work flow scheduling.
-Work order completion, including material and labour assignment and cost review.
-Developing accurate material costings and maintaining up-to-date price lists.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial)
- 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry
- Good command of english
- 5 working days (Monday - Friday)
