รายละเอียดงาน
1)Human Resources: Manage full HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits , Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2)Safety and Environmental: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Implement and monitor safety programs to promote workplace health, safety, and sustainability.
3) General Affairs & Administration: Oversee general administrative tasks, including office management, facilities maintenance, and supporting day-to-day operations. Manage company policies and ensure compliance with Thai laws and regulations.
4)Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals across HR, safety, and administrative functions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Male or Female Age between 44 - 48 years old.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing HRM and HRD
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication , leadership, and organizational skills.
- Service-minded attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Can communication in English (speaking , writing , reading)
