รายละเอียดงาน
1. Organize and communicate with clients and work with oversea teams to develop design and manufacturing solutions.
2. Develop and implementing quality control plan, quality inspections from different factory sites.
3. Meet with customers and pass down detailed client requirement to other team
4. Good people skill and communication skill
5. Provide design ideas, engineering support and concepts to clients.
6. Work and engage with clients on new product introduction (NPI)
7. Organize and communicate with clients and work with team to develop design and manufacturing solutions
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors’ degree in mechanical, or electronics engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in design and manufacturing engineering
- Good people skill and superior communication skills and the ability to effectively work with people at all levels of an organization
- Good summarization and memo writing skill
- Proficiency in Pro-E, Solid works and other engineering software
- Ability to coordinate, organize, and expedite programs as needed
- Candidates will work in a multi-culture environment between US and China.
- Candidates in their mid-30s are preferred
- Relevant work experience and the ability to travel frequently.
- Male is preferred.
