รายละเอียดงาน
1.Assist PM/BD team to max revenue to meet company AOP target.
2.Improvement customer forecast accuracy and ensure PO coverage within lead time.
3.Follow up with internal team to ensure OTD and collect payment.
4.Reduce factory excess and aging inventory.
5.Support ECN and BOM checking in ERP system.
6.Liaise with customer to understand customer's requirements, timeline for NPI.
7.New Program or ECN management and coordination to deliver NPI according to customer's requirement and timeline.
8.Plan, update Gantt chart and monitor NPI builds to ensure NPI timeline meet.
9.Lead and track all NPIs builds/mold trials issues, follow up and close systematically.
10.Support prepare,review and consolidate PPAP/First Artcle Reports for customer's approval.
11.Update system data correctly and timely.
12.Assist management on business report.
13.Any other adhoc task which require time by time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese & English fluently (oral & written)
- Required skill : Microsoft
- Knowledge : Mechanical drawings,CAD/CAM ,BOM,ERP system,program management,QC tools,IATF16949,APQP,FMEA,CP,FAI,Cp/Cpk,4M,NPI.
- Good communication skills internally and externally (co-workers,customer,supplier)
