รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking a dynamic HR Data Analyst to join our HR team. The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that support strategic HR decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Collect and consolidate HR data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and employee surveys.
Clean, validate, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform HR strategies and initiatives.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, diversity, and other HR functions.
Conduct in-depth analyses to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management efforts.
Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, integrity, and reporting processes.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HR data analytics.
Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
