รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
-Be company quality representative
-Manage of department resources (manpower, tools, measuring instruments and supporting facilities) budget and knowledge
-Monitor and job assignment to all quality personal positions in the department, drive quality and related team to meet company quality system, product standard and customer requirement
-Maintain of quality system, activities and related document & record
-KPI measure, analysis and respond for customer complain
-Handle of product standard and quality management system audit
-Manage team inline with company policy and management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or female, age 35 - 45 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or other related fields.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in quality control management in electronics company
- Well know of quality management system or was company QMR
- Well know or understand the concept of product quality standard
- Familiar with the quality management system audit and product standard audit
- Well know of QA&QC works tasks and tools
- Management skills to drive and balance of department resources such as manpower, tools, infrastructures need and knowledge
- Able to communicate well in English
- Communication in Chinese will be given special consideration.
