•Arrange travel and accommodations for internal team and external guests, including artists, speakers, and consultants visiting the museum. Coordinate itineraries, transportation, and any special requirements to ensure a seamless experience.
•Handle operational and office management tasks, including venue accessibility, health and safety issues, and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
•Organize, manage, and maintain vendor, guest, and digital records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
•Support financial and budgetary processes, including invoice processing, expense tracking, budget reporting, and ERP system.
•Assist in the organization and documentation of the art inventory, including cataloging, labeling, tracking artwork movement, and storage monitoring.
•Manage the art book collection, including acquisition, cataloging, and organization. Ensure that the book collection is updated and accessible to staff and researchers.
•Prepare presentation and organize documentation related to exhibitions, events, and administrative tasks.
•Liaise with external vendors, art handlers, and contractors to facilitate the transportation, storage, and conservation of art pieces, ensuring adherence to conservation standards and best practices.
•Conduct basic research related to exhibitions, artists, and other related topics.
•Perform additional administrative responsibilities, special projects, and any ad hoc tasks assigned by team members.
•Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
