- Collaborate closely with our HR team to understand and meet the hiring needs across various departments.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate and reflective of current requirements.
-Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, with a focus on the automotive industry.
- Screen and review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with our company's culture and job requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to the final hiring decision, while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
-Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies effectively.
- Represent our company at job fairs and industry events, promoting our employer brand and attracting top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting in the Thailand OEM automotive industry.
- Familiarity with the Thailand OEM automotive market and its specific talent demands.
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required.
- Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
