Key Responsibilities:
1)PLC Programming:
-Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated systems.
-Modify and troubleshoot existing PLC programs to optimize performance and ensure operational efficiency.
-Test and validate PLC systems in a controlled environment before deployment.
2) System Integration:
-Integrate PLC systems with other industrial control systems, such as Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), SCADA systems, and various sensors and actuators.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLC systems within larger automation projects.
3) Technical Support and Maintenance:
-Provide technical support to the production and maintenance teams for troubleshooting and resolving PLC-related issues.
-Perform regular maintenance and updates on PLC systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
-Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
4) Project Management:
-Lead and manage PLC-related projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary hardware and software for PLC systems.
-Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
5) Compliance and Safety:
-Ensure all PLC systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
-Participate in risk assessments and safety reviews to identify potential hazards associated with PLC systems.
-Implement safety features and protocols within PLC programs to protect equipment and personnel.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages used in PLCs (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
- Experience with various PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
- Strong understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
