1. Talent Development and Succession Planning : Design and implement talent development programs that identify, nurture, and prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles
2. Employee Training and Professional Development : Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs that enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance.
3. Performance Management : Implement and manage an effective performance management system that sets clear goals, provides regular feedback, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Employee Engagement and Retention : Create and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Working location : Amata Spring Country Club 700/3-9 Nong Mai Daeng, Chon Buri District, Chon Buri 20000 Thailand
5. Leadership Development and Coaching : Develop and lead leadership development programs that equip current and future leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive the organization's success.
6. HR Policy Development and Implementation : Develop, update, and implement HR policies that align with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure that these policies support the organization's goals, maintain compliance, and foster a positive work environment.
7. Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives : Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
8. Change Management : Support the organization in managing change effectively, whether it involves organizational restructuring
9. Employee Wellness and Work-Life Balance Programs : Design and implement wellness programs that promote employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
10. HR Metrics and Analytics : Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably ni the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with al levels of staff.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
- Experience ni Developing and Implementing Employee Engagement Programs .2 Training in Conflict Resolution and Mediation Techniques
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and Payroll Software
