รายละเอียดงาน1.Maintaining Food Safety and QA programs and records as per company and customer requirement.
2.Managing the daily activity of the Quality Department and take responsibility for implementing Quality System including HACCP, GHP, FSSC, Halal and conducting major customer and supplier audit.
3.Manage on quality control of the incoming material, in-line product, finished product, cleaning chemical and pest management program to meet agreed specification and comply to law/regulatory and customer requirement.
4.Ensure all legal standards are met.
5.Keep records of quality reports, statistical review and relevant document.
6.Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff.
7.Develop and evaluate new or revised procedures using methodology and in-depth understanding of all procedures in the QA system
8.Promote food safety and food defense awareness to team.
9.Responsible for maintaining internal specification and update specification.
10.Responsible for Internal Audit Activity, CAR follow up and report.
11.Customer Audit Support-Compile quality and manufacturing records and conduct complete batch review for customer audits
12.Supplier Audit- Can perform the supplier audit to maintain the quality of critical materials.
13.Customer complaint-Provide support as needed to document, track and maintain customer complaint, lead investigations, determine root cause, corrective and preventive action and follow up corrective action taken.
14.Represent quality meeting and quality issue, work with Engineers, Production and other team members to complete projects.
15.Ensure all testing, reporting and product release is in alignment with the quality system and standard.
16.Monitor all operations that effect quality.
17.Issue and follow up all nonconforming products, material and process.
18.Ensure all activity and product quality conform with both of Thai and customer 's country regulation.
19.Pest Control and Fumigation Management.
