2.Collaborate with managers on resource planning and manpower allocation to support business growth.
3.Plan, monitor, and report headcount and personnel expense budgets.
4.Oversee contract renewals and terminations.
5.Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures to support overall business strategies and objectives.
6.Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies for office and store staff, ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet current and future needs.
7.Facilitate performance management, compensation, and benefits processes for the casual footwear and fashion brand.
8.Manage salary administration, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
9.Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
10.Actively drive engagement initiatives based on employee surveys, summarize and share results with stakeholders, propose action plans, and execute them with engagement ambassadors.
11.Conduct talent management processes, including succession planning and reviews.
12.Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in collaboration with HQ HR teams.
13.Prepare and submit relevant HR reports and analyses to management and HQ HR on a monthly, weekly, and ad hoc basis.
14.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
15.Support visa, work permit, and accommodation needs for expatriates.
16.Manage office operations, including lease contract negotiation, renewal, and vendor management.
