As a Project Sales, He/ She will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals dedicated to managing, researching, developing, and sustaining B2B sales.
You will be an expert in selling and managing large projects, in building and sustaining strong
relationships with Businesses in the area including but not limited to Property Developers, Estate
Agents, Construction and Building Companies, Hotels, Restaurants and Businesses.
1. Promote our Services HDI / Furniture / Personalization / Younique / Design to individuals and
businesses throughout the region.
2. Use Multiple Communication methods and media to promote Index Living Mall Project services.
3. Research and identify potential sales opportunities and create strong and lasting partnerships
throughout the region, build a Robust and extensive Client Database, identify key players in the
market and build key alliances and partnerships with the key decision makers.
4. Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume, increased conversion, and retention rates.
5. Work with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target.
6. Consistently represent Index Living Mall and its services to the Business Community throughout the Understand the ongoing requirements of existing and new clients and upsell accordingly.
7. Coordinate with other departments (Operations /Design /Production /Sales) to ensure accurate
estimates and creative input.
8. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions aligned with client briefs.
9. Present proposals to clients, including creative elements and costings, and negotiate final
agreements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 5-10 years of experience in account handling / sales in Property Development / Real Estate or Furniture Industry
- Thai and English Language a must.
- Strong Communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading, engaging, inspiring, developing and motivating a team.
- Demonstrated Success as a senior sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
