What you will do:
Payroll and Social Security:
Process payroll accurately and promptly for all employees.
Manage and maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and social security contributions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll and social security regulations.
Assist work permit/visa process for foreign staff
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
Recruitment:
Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support the HR team with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Bookkeeping:
Record and categorize all incoming and outgoing payments. Bank transfer processing and tracking.
Collaborate with accounting to maintain accurate records.
Payroll calculation and processing
General Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
Assist in preparing, processing HR and financial documents.
Communicate, consult with staff, customers and colleagues abroad on related matters
Support company registration
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Other task assigned by Managers.
