รายละเอียดงาน
- Developing cost standards for materials, labor cost and overhead costs.
- Analyzing manufacturing operations, production costs (material costs, wages, overhead costs) and recommending changes.
-Analyzing cost of product to management
-Analyzing jnventory valuations and ensure procedures are followed for obsolete material.
- Coordinate and participate review of manufacturing cost journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Reconciling raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods stock
- Monitoring and variance analysis which post to cost of goods sold and inventory balance.
- Preparing production reports and cosf of manufacturing operations report
-Manage plant physical inventory in coordination with other plant functional areas.
- Demonstrate management skills such as staff development, leadership and principles of control.
- Coordinate and conduct build station audit program for the plant.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 5 years up of account costing experience, with a background in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated leadership ability. Must be able to motivate, lead, and develop employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work with and relate to all levels.
- ERP system experience use of Windows based programs including Excel, Power Point, Access, and Word.
