รายละเอียดงาน• Handle and provide the full range of secretarial duties/assignments e.g., maintain schedule and calendars, coordinate management meetings and take meeting minutes, file documents, manage travel & accommodation reservations, etc.
• Managing visitors, and customers in the office including preparing invitation letters and relevant papers for visa applications for overseas visitors & customers.
• Liaise with related internal and external parties for appointments, meetings, booking & reservations, including correspondence properly, timely, and with appropriate manners.
• Follow up the work progress, and action plan of all functions, closely working with executives / top management levels.
• Communicate and collaborate with coworkers to ensure all assignments are smooth and perfectly completed.
• Handling Director’s expense reimbursement to ensure management and operation smoothly.
• Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files.
• Any additional/ ad-hoc duties as required by executive or business-related.
