• Handle inbound and outbound call from customers in a productive way. • Handle product inquiries and escalating issues to client when necessary for solving customer issues. • Handle outbound call for asking product and service satisfaction from customers. • Perform other duties or special assignments from Team Leader or Manager

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

At least 1 year working experience in customer service or call center
Good English communication skills
Excellence customer service and interpersonal skill
Good Attitude
Good Teamwork Skill
Required to work in shift 24 hrs., weekends and holidays
