The Senior Technician is responsible for supporting the Technology / Plant Operations team by developing functional strategies, setting new standards, and developing and implementing new processes that have a short to mid-term impact on the organization and achieve the mission, vision, and goals of the organization. This position requires working in 12 hours shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities: • Plant Operations: Oversee daily plant activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production goals. Adjust plans as needed and develop operational practices. • Problem-Solving: Address equipment issues and quality problems. Ensure smooth plant shutdowns and startups. • Safety Leadership: Promote and enforce safety and environmental policies. Build a strong safety culture, conduct safety audits, and participate in safety training. • Training: Manage and improve training programs for plant operations. Ensure training aligns with business goals and update materials as necessary. • Leadership: Lead by example, handle production issues, assist in operator development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Working Conditions: • Mix of office, control room, and plant environments. • Ability to work in hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions. • Operate heavy equipment and plant systems; use office equipment and perform lifting as needed. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (2 years of supervisory experience) or a diploma in a related field with 3 -5 years of chemical manufacturing experience.
Good English communication skills. Communicable English (able to be trained oversea)
Proficient in computer programs and plant control systems (preferably DCS).
Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
Experience in petrochemical or chemical manufacturing (preferred).
Leadership experience and skills in developing procedures and training.
Confined Space Entry certification (preferred).
Knowledge of maintenance scheduling, root cause analysis, and operating discipline.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance, risk assessment, and plant P&ID.
Safety Officer Supervisor certification and quality control basics.
Strong customer focus, teamwork, and adaptability.
