รายละเอียดงาน
Responsible for handling customer quotations, customer orders, customer complaints proceeding to the system, and feedback to customers. Coordinate with concerned departments (Planner & Purchasing dept., Production dept., Logistics dept., Quality Management and Finan and Accounting Dept. etc.) to solve systematic problems to meet customer satisfaction on customer’s request specifications on and timely basis. Prepare weekly & Monthly Reports of Sales Figures for the Business Development Manager and Management Local team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female, age 25 years and over.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and any related field.
- About 3 years in sales or marketing.
- Able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP programs.
- Good Command in English speaking and writing.
- Computer proficiency.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Good analytical problem-solving and consulting skills.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
