FPT Global is seeking two experienced, English-speaking Logistics Officers to join our dynamic team in Laem Chabang. As a Logistics Officer, you will manage the entire logistics process, from receiving initial client bookings to coordinating operations across departments. This role requires excellent client communication skills in English, ensuring logistics are executed according to quoted charges and maintaining accurate records for future review. Key Responsibilities: Oversee logistics operations from start to finish, including client bookings, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling interactions professionally and providing timely updates. Ensure logistics activities align with sales quotes, tracking costs and services for accuracy. Maintain precise records of all transactions, processes, and client interactions for quality control and future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels meet client expectations, contributing to high client satisfaction.
