We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance/Billing Specialist to join our team on a remote /Work From Home basis. If you have experience in finance, billing, and tax compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a global team from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process Vendor Bills
Accurately allocate bills in the company system, ensuring correct WHT (Withholding Tax) & VAT application based on credit terms
Ensure all invoices and financial documents are properly saved and organized
Follow up on Tax Receipts to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with the management team and outsourced Bookeeping to ensure smooth processing and record-keeping
Phone Interview and immediate start for the right Person
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in finance, billing, accounts payable, or bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of VAT, WHT, and financial allocation
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using financial software or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills for vendor follow-ups and internal coordination
