Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate “Assistant Store Manager” for the fashion store. The ideal candidate will understand fashion retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven record of accomplishing sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Store Manager in Managing day-to-day store operations across all departments to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Acting leads and motivates a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, foster exceptional customer service, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Analyze sales reports to make data-driven decisions, implement strategies for sales growth, and support the management team in achieving targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current season products and collections, training and developing team members to enhance product expertise and uphold brand standards.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively and drive sales.
- Coordinate continuous product replenishment from stockroom to store floor, optimizing operational tools and resources.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and International Team to align store strategies with global standards.
- Ensure store facilities are well-maintained, overseeing painting, lighting, storefront, and window displays to enhance the store's overall presentation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar manager role.
- Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good business acumen and proficiency in retail metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current industry trends and customer preferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
- Good in English and MS Office; familiarity with retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet business needs and support store operations.
