1. Events strategy, planning, creation and reporting for branding and driving sales.
2. Creative and Design the outstanding event to build image and make differentiation from competitors.
3. Utilize agency to organize the event effectively both Onsite, Online or Hybrid to meet objectives and KPI within budget.
4. Manage the annual events calendar to optimize impact and resources.
5. Propose the event idea to get support from HQ and do the post-event reports to reimburse fund.
6. Working cross-functionally closely with Product Marketing, Salesperson, Designer, Engineer and Agency to plan, develop and execute the work effectively.
7. Monitor competitors’ actions and best practices, get inspirations, and learn from them in order to continuously seek for improvement.
8. Collaborate with alliance partner to leverage initiatives and share best practices.
9. Task including Conference, Seminar, Trip, Roadshow, Seasonal & Campaign event.
