- Assist in the daily management of compensation and benefits, including payroll calculations and social insurance processing
- Responsible for employee attendance management, including the collection and verification of attendance data
- Handle the application and processing of employee-related licenses and permits, such as work permits and residence permits
- Assist in updating and managing company licenses to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collect, organize, update, and manage employee personnel files
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analysis to support company decision-making
- Participate in the maintenance and optimization of HR information systems
