รายละเอียดงาน
• Liaising with healthcare professionals and customer.
• Overseeing center operations and staff duties.
• Managing the budget, billing system, and inventory.
• Ordering stock and supplies for center.
• Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
• Performing the training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
• Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries
• Work together with other internal teams such for enhanced service care
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above in health services, hotel management, wellness, spa or similar.
- At least 2 years of Experience in managing a healthcare facility, hotel or wellness and spa.
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the center.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
- Competency with computer-based administration system.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with customer, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
