รายละเอียดงานงานเต็มเวลาสัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี (Renewable)
Purpose of the position: To assist customer service team for the following scopes:
•Create work order instruction on ERP for inbound and outbound cargo
•Input stock information on ERP and Issue storage confirmation
•Updating the inventory management system timely and accurately
•Produce weekly / monthly stock report from ERP as per work instructions
•Maintain a daily update and accurate filing of documents.
•Keep an accurate / update record of container deposit and collection of refund timely
•Assist customer service to handle claim from carriers for container damage
oTo keep an update record of claim cases
oWorking closely with shipper, warehouse & carrier closely to obtain information of the related claims, photo of the container before and after loading & discharging to compare with the claim photos from carrier
oTo follow up claim case until finalize and ensure timely collection of container deposit refund.
•Any other tasks or assignments as may be assigned from time to time
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Upper Intermediate or Intermediate command of written and spoken English
- Experience with ERP such as Oracle, Microsoft dynamic, SAP.
- Intermediate Microsoft excel
- Meticulous, responsible, positive work attitude and self-motivated with teamwork skill
- Able to perform effectively and delivery of work timely.
- Openess and being Lifetime learner
