Position: Marketing Officer
Business: A premium lifestyle experience management company catering to modern large-scale organizations, such as bank clients, credit card holders, luxury car owners, high-end property owners, life insurance companies, or hospitals, looking to build relationships with special customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with clients and team members to execute assigned projects, such as accompanying supervisors to receive briefs from clients.
2. Prepare and organize presentations for clients, and support the presentation process.
3. Create quotations.
4. Coordinate with vendors to procure benefits for clients.
5. Liaise with the Operations department to execute projects and the Accounting department for invoicing.
6. Manage and organize client and vendor documentation.
7. Develop content and update posts on the company’s social media.
8. Prepare various reports.
9. Record orders from corporate clients.
10. Evaluate corporate client satisfaction.
11. Handle customer complaints.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relate filed.
- Good command in English is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with various departments, leadership qualities, and problem-solving skills.
- 0-3 Years of experience in marketing
- Skills: Coordinator, Content Creator, English Communication,
