Responsibilities
Package Level
1.1. Performs failure analysis of the products.
1.2. Perform destructive physical analysis (DPA) of the product.
1.3. Monitors assembly quality.
1.4. Report / communicate the result to concerned parties.
1.5. Support any failure analysis request.
1.6. Improves failure analysis functions.
1.7. Ensures compliance to ISO/TS 16949, QS-9000, ISO 14000, ISO18001 and IATF16949 requirements.
1.8. Take care all activities in the lab to ensure that failure analysis lab will support both internal and external customer request. Without any interruption.
1.9. Ensure that all procedures are in place and well follow up.
1.10 Support and Give Advice to his/her subordinate for Advance failure analysis
technique.
2.1. Verifies reject samples and performs analysis according to written procedure or requisition.
2.2. Summarizes the results and distribute to concerned departments or subcontractors.
2.3. Performs failure analysis for qualified lots new products / processes / package /low yield / QC reject which related to package level
2.4. Modifies or selects new testing equipment or techniques.
2.5. Prepare Pareto and defect analysis charts.
2.6. Work in cross function teams to support plant wide projects.
2.7. Self-monitors ensure compliance to the documented procedures.
2.8. Perform DFS Routine on MCHP package.
2.9. Performs related to work as be required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- BS or BE in Electrical, Electronics, Physics or equivalent 3-5 years relevant experiences pertaining to the job applied.
- Ability to learn package level F/A techniques
- Ability to influence operations to take root causes C/A
- Can operate a personal computer, knows spreadsheet software
- Good command of English
- Strong ability to interface with other operating group
