1.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. 2.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project scope and objectives. 3.Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. 4.Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditures, and financial reports. 5.Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors to secure the best value for the company. 6.Monitor construction and renovation work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. 7.Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and resolve any issues that arise. 8.Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with health and safety regulations. 9.Oversee the final inspection and handover of completed projects. 10.Ensure that all documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation manuals, are completed and submitted. 11.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. 12.Other tasks or special project as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in restaurant or hospitality construction and renovation.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
Ability to work on construction sites.
Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on project demands.
