รายละเอียดงาน
- Prepare and take part in planning meetings with hiring managers to guarantee that all hiring procedures will be carried out efficiently.
- Arrange end-to-end recruitment activities for inside and outside office according to business needs.
- Handle the recruiting manager's expectations and set interview processes.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Evaluate the knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes of applications.
- To ensure a smooth experience, manage offers, negotiate, and assist new hires.
- For Ground Lead, need to control team KPI and be an advisor for a team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree of any field or Human Resources related.
- Basic Microsoft Office/ Google Suite is required
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills
