-Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for various technical and soft skills, considering different learning styles and employee levels.
-Conduct annual training needs assessments and surveys.
2.Training Delivery:
-Facilitate training sessions using various instructional methods, including classroom lectures, workshops, on-the-job training, and e-learning.
3.Training Evaluation:
-Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
4.Training Materials Maintenance:
-Keep training materials updated and relevant to current needs and regulations.
-Translate training materials from Chinese to Thai and English.
5.Training Budget Management:
-Effectively manage and allocate training budget resources.
6.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with other departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in training in the Thailand OEM automotive industry.
- Familiarity with the Thailand OEM automotive market and its specific talent demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Chinese, Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
