3.Quality System 7 Tools, System (PPAP/ ECN/ Approved part new model/ Samsung such as eCIMS SQCI)
4.Support and ensure that customer identified quality issues are resolved and prepare necessary corrective /
preventive actions, follow up, verification and release of corrective actions.
5.Communicate customer requirement to team, Flow chart, Control plan, PPAP, e-CIMS, SQCI, P-SIS Preparation and submit to customer for approval
6.Support customer audit for both new model and mass-production/
Support and control quality system compliance with ISO system and customer requirement
7.Receive quality complaints, investigate problems be a center for prevention and systematic problem solving.
Be able to response to customers' complaints/requirements properly
8. Analyze root cause of quality issues QC and PD to establish the corrective action before re-start up and
monitor the effective of action and suggest solution for quality improvement.
9. Develop a training plan, organize the training of inspectors, and conduct skill assessments to ensure that the inspectors have the ability to work
10. Follow the ISO 9001 system, 5S.
11.Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
