รายละเอียดงาน
- Process PO, Quotations, tender documents and orders so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and timely.
- Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Communicate with staff in other areas in the company, such as Warehouse, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
- Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondences such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements
- Run standard calculations to accurately compile and prepare report statistics such as Sales report, Incentives/commission, traveling allowance.
- Support team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in any field.
- Expert with MS. 365, (Excel, word, and power point)
